Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Office Renovation

Project Overview

MFS Construction, LLC (MFS) was contracted by the US Fish and Wildlife Service (UFWS) to provide all the labor, equipment, and material necessary to renovate and rehabilitate the existing office space at Building 6049 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey.

Project Details

MFS’ team performed interior demolition, including removal of non-bearing walls and existing flooring.

MFS installed all required finishes including the installation of additional HDMI, wall power outlets and new lighting was installed. All walls were properly skim coated and prepared for prime and painting. The office space floor was patched and prepared for new VCT tile and cove base. Existing acoustical ceiling tiles were removed and replaced. Lastly, new window shades were installed to match the existing window dimensions.
