Project Details

The modernization consisted of a new mechanical and telecom room; providing a structural grid for the new suspended ceiling, ductwork, electrical conduits, lighting and other items related to the renovation; electrical and HVAC work; and a Fire Alarm System.

MFS’ primary role for this project was the coordination and supervision of all tasks related to the construction and carpentry finishes of the drywall and door frames, and the acoustical ceiling. MFS provided full-time on-site construction management to monitor and document progress as per the project schedule, and enforce MFS’ quality assurance/quality (QAQC) control plan.

MFS personnel had to ensure the work did not interfere with the ARTCC’s daily operations.
