Project Details

MFS Construction, LLC (MFS) was obtained by PROMMA, Private Corp. to provided construction services in support of the installation of a new 500KW generator at the Puerta del Condado Condominium. This new generator supplies power to all the ocupants.


MFS services included the construction of a concrete pad for the generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS), supply and install a meter pack, perform all electrical connections, installation of a new 1600A Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), installation of a new 500kW Generator and a 2,000 gallon diesel tank.

In addition, MFS provided services for the fabrication and installation of a new generator exhaust system, consisting of 180 feet of 10-inch Sch40 stainless steel piping, including all the fittings and structural supports, as specified on the supplied drawings.
